If you’re the lucky winner of a Your Dream Bag competition you can do whatever you want with it. Treasure it, sell it, or give it to a friend!
Occasionally we will offer cash alternatives. This will be clearly advertised on the competition page and winners will be given the choice when we contact them.
We’re certain you’ll love your brand new designer bag, sunglasses, perfume or whatever prize you were lucky enough to win! Unfortunately we won’t be able to swap or refund ticket entries should you not like the prize once it arrives.
All prizes are securely packaged and sent via reputable couriers with tracking and insurance. You can always arrange to collect your prize from us in person if you wish. We’ll put the kettle on.
Everytime you enter a Your Dream Bag competition we will send you an email with your order details and ticket number(s). Your ticket details can also be found by logging into the My Account section on our website.
Unfortunately this is a competition and you do need to answer the question correctly to successfully enter our live draw. If you answer incorrectly you will still be charged but will not be entered into the draw.
Yes. All of our competitions have a maximum number of entries per person. This information will be displayed on the competition page.
Whilst this isn’t gambling we urge you not to buy more tickets than you can afford. This is a fun way of getting access to designer bags and luxury fashion items.
